Clenow Research provides financial market analytics, research tools, and data visualization services for educational and informational purposes. The Service includes:

Important: The information provided by Clenow Research is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of advice. You should not treat any of the content as such.

We do not recommend that any financial instrument should be bought, sold, or held by you. Trading in financial instruments involves high risks, including the risk of losing some or all of your investment amount. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable subscription fees as described at the time of purchase
• Provide accurate and complete billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged for future billing periods
• You will retain access to paid features until your subscription expires

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You may not share your account with others or allow multiple people to use a single subscription.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Clenow Research and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

8. Data and Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability
